All ShiftCam products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product malfunctions under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. (See full warranty terms for details.)

Defective or Damaged Items : Return within 365 days for a free replacement under warranty. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Non-Defective/Unwanted Items : Return within 365 days for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee; original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Note : Discounted items during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday) are final sale. All returns must include original packaging and components; customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.
