What shipping methods do you offer and do you ship internationally?

We offer two flexible shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days with tracking

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.

What warranty do your products include?

All ShiftCam products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product malfunctions under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. (See full warranty terms for details.)

What is your return and refund policy?

Defective or Damaged Items: Return within 365 days for a free replacement under warranty. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Defective/Unwanted Items: Return within 365 days for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee; original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may opt for store credit instead of a refund.

Note: Discounted items during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday) are final sale. All returns must include original packaging and components; customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.
