Lock 4x/5x
Open your camera app and select the 5× lens to engage the periscope sensor. In pro apps, choose the tele lens to keep 5× locked while you frame.

"Was going to return it as couldn’t get sharp focus working but have decided to keep it as with Reeflex camera app seems to work a lot better. Really hope you develop a 300-600mm telephoto for iPhone. I want to stay with your products and not shift to second supplier Reeflex. "Love my Shiftcam lens paired with my Google Pixel Pro 10 XL. Professional level pictures without an expensive camera body. I use this for work (food shots) and kids sports shots. Works great for both as long as you're shooting in manual mode and know what you're doing with the settings. Customer service on the other hand gets a 0. I ordered and paid for this and then filed a credit card dispute because it didn't come for weeks and customer service could not produce any kind of working tracking link for me to know I didn't get scammed. Unfortunate, because this is a cool product."

I just see the lens in my photo or video? I saw that there are some apps apparently to use but which is for photo which is video compatible? Which is both? Idk. Not very immediate user friendly for newbies."

"The universal adapter is a joke; it doesn’t work as it slides off the phone. The lens only stays on with the phone case. The lens creates a visual “barrel effect” that only a digital zoom eliminates. Only then, with the additional digital zoom, a usable picture with the optical zoom is created."

"I bought this to take still photos. I have tried three of the 4 suggested apps that will actually allow you to use the lens. Two were for video. A third, supposedly to use the lens for still pictures, is Lightroom from Adobe. Lightroom is for editing photos once they have been taken. Perhaps #4 will do the trick"

"The pouch is a very convenient way to store and protect filters and macro converters and have them safely 'to hand' out on a shoot. I have recently sold my Sony Gmaster lenses and A7r5 because of weight issues when carrying. My move to Iphone 17 pro max and shiftcam lenses is still part of a leaning curve but I am very impressed with what these lenses can do for me both in ease of use and quality. So it is the contents of the pouch that are the revelation more than the pouch. . . which of course is very good. Yet to see the latest lenses you are manufacturing buy I've only just purchased a couple of lenses from you. I might just be tempted! BS"

Yes. LensUltra 240mm Super Zoom Tele work seamlessly with a broad array of smartphones across brands and models.
We recommended phone models with Tele Camera atleast 4x (iPhone 17) and 5x (iPhone 15 Pro Max-only / iPhone 16 Pro & Pro Max).
Lower Tele Cameras (3x and below) can still use the 240mm but might experience some vignetting.
To mount the 240mm Tele, use an S-Mount Case (iPhone & available Android Cases) or the Universal S-Mount (other phones).

Tip for iPhone: enable Macro Control in Settings so you can turn macro off when the icon appears at close range.
Handheld is possible, but at 240 mm small movements are magnified. For sharpest results, use a tripod/monopod or a firm grip like ProGrip.

Screw a Macro Adapter on top of the 240 mm lens to turn it into a long-range macro. Working distances: 0.5m, 0.25m 0.16m & 0.1m (closer = higher magnification).
You can stack—start with the longer distance, then add closer ones, checking the preview for a clean image. (Adapters are designed to be used with the 240 mm lens.)
