Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery.

What warranty do your products include?

All ShiftCam products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product malfunctions under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. (See full warranty terms for details.)

What is your return and refund policy?
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Return within 365 days for a free replacement under warranty. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Non-Defective/Unwanted Items: Return within 365 days for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee; original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may opt for store credit instead of a refund.

Note: Discounted items during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday) are final sale. All returns must include original packaging and components; customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.

I was a little skeptical

"I was a little skeptical about this product since you see a lot of variations everywhere. But it is game changing. It's so easy to take pictures and makes it so much more phone. Everyone always asks where did I get it and becomes a talking point in any conversation. Definitely recommend if you take a lot of pictures because it feels so different on your hand and has made taking pictures easily. Also, the charging makes your phone last longer if you're out and about taking pictures as well."

Hi all, I like the

"Hi all, I like the product and want to give a very good review on it. It's convenient and connects well and is ergonomic. However the snap stand selfie magnetic detachable bluetooth shutter button doesn't stay on very strong and is easily lost. So I'm trying to do a good review on this in my channel and social media, I cannot find it. And I was trying to look on your site for a replacement and this isn't available. There's also no way I want to buy and entire new snapstand just to get that shutter button that fits right into it. The magnet is very weak. Can you help me replace this? Jeff"

I never received my order

"I never received my order as it got stuck in customs and Shiftcam was not very understanding, contrary to what they stated in all of their "support" emails. For reference, I reached out to Edelkrone for an issue and they got back to me same day and resolved my issue that day, no questions asked. I ordered in February and it's now April and still nothing. Requested a refund, nope, they'd rather just send another knowing the issues we're having with TSA and customs right now. I can't speak to the product because I never got it, but I can say that I am not very happy with the customer service. The products look like good quality."
