"I am very satisfied with the ShiftCam overall. However, there is one thing I wish could be improved. Since these lenses are used with a smartphone, I often take photos, record videos, and move around frequently while traveling. Each time, I have to remove and put the lens cap back on. Unfortunately, the lens cap comes off more easily than I expected. During my trip, I lost it several times and had to search for it. If possible, I would appreciate an upgraded design—perhaps a small retaining band or strap that can be attached without damaging the lens, or simply a more secure lens cap that stays firmly in place. It would also be great if this upgraded lens cap could be offered as a separate accessory so that existing customers can purchase it as well."

"Didn’t accept it because of 2 things: 1) By the time I got it I found that it was the wrong one! 2) The cased lanyard cost about $100 and I received a notice that on top of that already exorbitant price I needed to pay about a 40% tariff before it could be delivered. What is the S Mount Converter Ring?

The S Mount Converter Ring lets you attach LensUltra mobile lenses to the Camera Case.

It has a wider aperture for more light and a twist-lock bayonet for a rock-solid fit. Simply screw the ring onto your lens’s 12 mm thread, align with the S Mount, and twist to lock.

Each kit includes two rings; extras are available as add-ons.

Can I use the Camera Case with the LensUltra Series lens which has a 12mm thread?

Yes, the Camera Case is compatible with all our LensUltra Series lenses.

You can use the M12 to S-Mount Converter Ring (2pcs included with each Camera Case) to securely attach your LensUltra lens to the S.Mount Camera Case.

Is the Camera Case compatible with ProGrip/SnapSeries?

Yes, the Camera Case is designed to work seamlessly with ProGrip and other ShiftCam accessories, including the SnapSeries ecosystem.

The even stronger magnet from our S.Mount Camera Case provides a more secure attachment and integration with these accessories.

Will the Camera Case fit on my phone if I have installed a lens protector?

The Camera Case is designed to fit snugly around your phone’s camera module, and therefore it is not compatible with external phone camera lens protectors.

We recommend removing any external lens protectors to ensure a secure and proper fit with the Camera Case. The Lens Mount on our Camera Case is actually also a great protector for your lenses, providing a sturdy aluminium enclosure.

We offer two flexible shipping options to meet your needs:

What warranty do your products include?

All ShiftCam products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product malfunctions under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. (See full warranty terms for details.)

What is your return and refund policy?

Defective or Damaged Items: Return within 365 days for a free replacement under warranty. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Non-Defective/Unwanted Items: Return within 365 days for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee; original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may opt for store credit instead of a refund.

Note: Discounted items during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday) are final sale. All returns must include original packaging and components; customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.
