ShiftCam One Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ShiftCam (“ShiftCam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the ShiftCam One iOS application and related account, product-registration, warranty, and support services.

   We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve ShiftCam One.
   
   • Account information: Name, email address, account ID, login and authentication information.
   • Device and app information: Device model, iOS version, app version, language, region, and technical identifiers.
     
   • Product and warranty information: Registered products, QR registration, purchase information, warranty status.
   • Media and camera information: Media you choose to import, export, share, or submit to support.
   • Location information: Location data when you enable location-based features.
   • Support information.
   • Usage and diagnostics.
   Photos and videos remain on your device by default unless you choose to share or upload them.

   You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings. ShiftCam One does not request Bluetooth or Local Network permission.

   • Add location metadata and provide location-based features. 
   • Authenticate users.
     
   • Register products and warranties.
     
   • Provide customer support.
   • Improve app reliability and performance when analytics are enabled.
   • Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
   We do not use private photos or videos for advertising or AI model training.
