Can I use a Phone Case?
Yes. For best wireless-charging performance, we recommend using a flat-back or slim profile case. Thicker or heavily textured cases may reduce magnetic adhesion or interfere with Qi charging efficiency.
Is the ProGrip compatible with all smartphone models?
Yes. The ProGrip’s adjustable clamp opens symmetrically and closes automatically, securely holding any smartphone 58 – 90 mm wide, with or without a case. (Flip-style phones are not supported.)

Is the SnapGrip Pro compatible with all smartphone models?
Yes. The SnapGrip Pro work with the majority of smartphones—flip phones are not supported. SnapGrip Pro magnetically attaches to MagSafe-compatible devices and cases; for non-MagSafe phones, you can purchase our magnetic sticker add-on when you check out.
